Extras
Pet Hair RemovalRemoval of embedded pet hair from seats, carpets and cargo area. Starting price covers light to moderate hair; heavy amounts are quoted from your photos.
Stain / Fabric ExtractionHot-water extraction of cloth seats and carpets to lift ground-in dirt and spills. We improve most stains but cannot promise full removal.
Odour TreatmentCleaning of the odour source where accessible, plus an enzyme treatment of fabrics and vents. Smoke odour is quoted separately. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Heavy Soil, Mud or Salt RemovalExtra time for caked mud, road salt, sand or heavy grime on carpets, mats, lower panels or wheel wells.
Trunk Deep CleanSpare-tire well, trunk liner and side panels cleaned. Please empty the trunk before we arrive. Truck beds are not included.
Leather ConditioningpH-balanced leather cleaner and conditioner on all leather seats. Does not repair cracks, tears or colour loss.
Exterior Protection UpgradeIron decontamination and clay bar to remove bonded grime, followed by a longer-lasting paint sealant in place of the standard spray. Not a polish or ceramic coating.

How much does it cost?
It depends on your vehicle’s size, the service and any extras. Choose them in the booking form to see your estimated total right away; we confirm the final price with you before the appointment.
Do I need to provide water and power?
Please tell us in the form. Most jobs need access to an outdoor tap and a power outlet near the vehicle; we confirm this with you before booking.
Do I need to be home?
We work at your address, so we need access to the vehicle and a place to park next to it. We confirm the details with you before the appointment.
Which areas do you serve?
West Vancouver and North Vancouver. Other areas, like Burnaby, depend on availability.
When can you come?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 2pm; closed Sunday. You choose an arrival time within those hours that is still free in our calendar; longer jobs can finish later in the day.
Is my booking confirmed right away?
Most bookings are confirmed on the spot: you get an email with a Google Calendar invite. Special cases, extras priced from photos and areas outside West and North Vancouver are reviewed first: your time is held meanwhile and we contact you within a day.
Can you remove every stain or smell?
We do our best, but results depend on the vehicle’s condition, so we do not promise stain or odour removal.
